Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon Supreme cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg well.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 2 eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
