Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 package 3 oz lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 11 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted oleo together for the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water and allow to cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold in cool whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Refrigerate until set before serving.
