Ingredients

  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 c cold milk
  • 1/4 c flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except lemon slices in a blender.
  2. Pour into champagne glasses and garnish with lemon slices.
