Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. lemon pudding, cooked and cooled
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix together margarine, sugar, and flour and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form a crust.
  2. Bake the crust at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  3. Cool the crust.
  4. Spread the cooled pudding on the crust.
  5. Top with the last three ingredients mixed together.
  6. Cut into squares to serve.
