Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 oz. box lemon jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring the crushed pineapple and sugar to a boil.
  2. Mix in the lemon jello until fully dissolved.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and stir into the mixture (it does not have to be completely blended).
  4. Refrigerate the mixture until cooled, then beat well with a mixer.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip and chill overnight before serving.
