Honey Apple Muffins

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 2 muffin tins liberally.
- In a bowl, combine sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix honey, beaten egg, milk, and oil.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the finely chopped apple.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the tins from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Use a greased knife to loosen and tap the muffins out of the tins.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
