Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon pudding, dry (3.4 oz.)
  • 4 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, dry lemon pudding, and poppy seeds.
  3. Add water, oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
  7. Remove from the pan and drizzle with citrus glaze before serving.
