Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gradually stir in milk, cooking and stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley to the sauce.
  5. Serve the lemon sauce over cooked fish.
