Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon jello, water, mayonnaise, and vinegar together and heat until dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain frozen spinach and squeeze out moisture.
  4. Add spinach, cottage cheese, chopped celery, and chopped onion to the jello mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
