Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour the lemon mixture over the hot crust.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool completely, sift powdered sugar on top, and cut into squares.
