Ingredients

  • 1 yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 1 zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lemon (unpeeled), sliced in rounds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Stir honey and cinnamon into water in a saucepan.
  2. Add squash and lemon slices; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, until squash is tender.
