Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
  • 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans (or frozen)
  • 1 jar whole or sliced mushrooms (or fresh)
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 can green olives
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend vinegar, oil, dill weed, Accent, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender.
  2. Add the marinade to the vegetables and olives.
  3. Marinate for 24 hours before serving.
