Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces ⓘ
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in small pieces ⓘ
- 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 can green beans (or frozen) ⓘ
- 1 jar whole or sliced mushrooms (or fresh) ⓘ
- 1 can black olives
- 1 can green olives ⓘ
- 1/2 cup vinegar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups oil ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. Accent ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Blend vinegar, oil, dill weed, Accent, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Add the marinade to the vegetables and olives.
- Marinate for 24 hours before serving.
