  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken broth, lemon rind, lemon juice, and bay leaf in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring mixture just to boiling point, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
