Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. lentils, mashed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs or 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vegetarian chicken seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed lentils, chopped celery, chopped onion, bread crumbs, soy sauce, eggs or evaporated milk, and vegetarian chicken seasoning.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until firm and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
