Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Season the beef with chili powder, onion flakes, paprika, salt, oregano, minced garlic, and cumin.
  3. Add the large can of tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3 hours or until thick.
  4. Add the kidney beans with their liquid.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
