Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Soften Swiss cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well mixed.
  3. Form into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in 1/2 cup chopped pecans before serving.
