Light Italian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 medium tomatoes, halved ⓘ
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard ⓘ
- 1 pinch sugar ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ⓘ
- 1/2 minced garlic clove ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ

Instructions
- Over a bowl, rub the cut sides of the tomato against the biggest holes of a grater. Discard the skins.
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients into the tomato.
