Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh or frozen sole, halibut or other firm fish
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange fish fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
  2. Combine melted butter or margarine, lemon juice, white pepper, sherry, paprika, and seasoned salt; pour over the fish.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
  4. Remove fish from oven and garnish with sliced green onions.
