Ingredients

  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 (10 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 lb. halibut fillets, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen corn
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a soup kettle, sauté green onions and garlic in butter.
  2. Add cream of potato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and softened cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Stir in cubed halibut fillets, frozen sliced carrots, and frozen corn.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add cayenne pepper and stir well before serving.
