Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 pint tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Cover with foil lightly.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 3 hours.
  4. Optional: add a little more sauce before baking.
