Lima Bean-Broccoli Casserole

- Cook the frozen chopped broccoli and Fordhook lima beans in a large pan according to package directions, using less water than called for.
- While the vegetables are cooking, combine Lipton onion soup mix, sour cream, sliced water chestnuts, and mushroom soup in a casserole dish or large mixing bowl.
- Drain the cooked broccoli and lima beans, then pour into the sour cream mixture and fold together.
- Melt the margarine in a large pan.
- Add the Rice Krispies to the melted margarine and stir to coat.
- Spread the Rice Krispies mixture on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes, or freeze at this point for later use.
