Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package frozen baby limas
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 package dry onion soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen baby limas and chopped broccoli until almost done; drain.
  2. Mix sour cream, dry onion soup, and mushroom soup together.
  3. Add the cooked vegetables to the soup mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Brown 2 cups of Rice Krispies in 1 stick of margarine.
  6. Spread the browned Rice Krispies over the casserole.
  7. Loosely cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
