Ingredients

  • 48 crushed graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix together crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar.
  2. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Mix hot water and lime jello until dissolved; chill until set.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add whipped Milnot (evaporated milk) to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  6. Fold in the chilled lime jello.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
  8. Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture on top of the filling.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator until set and ready to serve.
