- Mix together crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Mix hot water and lime jello until dissolved; chill until set.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add whipped Milnot (evaporated milk) to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
- Fold in the chilled lime jello.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
- Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture on top of the filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set and ready to serve.
