Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Key Largo bottled lime juice or fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 (4 oz.) fresh salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler and line a broiler pan with foil.
  2. Spray the pan with nonfat butter spray.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped ginger, brown sugar, lime juice, and soy sauce until smooth.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the prepared broiler pan and brush with the glaze.
  5. Broil the salmon 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the fillets over, brush with remaining glaze, and broil for an additional 5 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
