Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lime gelatin
  • 3 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime and lemon gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple and juice, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and sweetened condensed milk; stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 12 1/2-inch pan.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until set.
  5. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
