Ingredients

  • 3/4 package spaghetti
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 lb cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper
  • 3 oz package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, and onion salt to the beef; simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Mix cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture and spread in a greased casserole dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped green pepper, and cream cheese.
  6. Spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti in the casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
