- Add ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, chopped celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper; mix thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 2 loaves and place into a 9 x 13-inch glass or Pyrex baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
- Glaze the loaves with catsup and corn syrup, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
