Ingredients

  • 1 small package jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 large cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Mix the jello with boiling water until dissolved and let cool slightly.
  2. Add the cream cheese to the cooled jello and mash with a fork, stirring until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  5. Slowly add the 7-Up while stirring gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into a square Pyrex or plastic container.
  7. Refrigerate until set and chilled before serving.
