Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 qt. half and half
  • 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts

Instructions

  1. Use an ovenproof bowl and preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, then add sugar, vanilla, and half and half. Mix well until combined.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of Grape-Nuts to the mixture and stir gently.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture with cinnamon on top.
  5. Place the bowl on a cookie sheet filled with water to create a water bath.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
