Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. soft butter or oleo
  • 1/2 small sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. capers
  • 2 tbsp. chopped anchovies
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. caraway seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Hollow out a loaf of round rye or pumpernickel bread and put the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Cube the bread taken from the center and spread the cheese on it.
  4. Serve with the bread and enjoy.
