Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, lightly mix together ground chuck, Lipton onion soup mix, beaten eggs, catsup, bread crumbs, and warm water.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  4. Place the loaf in a shallow baking pan and gently pack.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
