- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Place pork chops in the dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle each chop with onion powder and drizzle olive oil over the chops.
- Spread golden mushroom soup over the seasoned pork chops.
- Add chopped green onions and sliced carrots on top.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and place pats of sliced butter on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, uncover, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
