Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork ribs
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 finely minced onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the ribs in a 9 x 13 baking dish and mix thoroughly.
  2. Put the pork ribs in the mixture and turn until coated.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 2 1/2 hours, turning every 45 minutes.
