Ingredients

  • 2 packages chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce grated Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped frozen broccoli and drain well.
  2. In a bowl, combine the beaten egg, cottage cheese, garlic powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a sprayed casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
