Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) package fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab

Instructions

  1. Combine nonfat yogurt or sour cream, fat-free mayonnaise, softened fat-free cream cheese, prepared horseradish, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Stir in the fat-free Cheddar cheese and flaked imitation crab.
  4. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers.
