Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together with a mixer until smooth.
- Line small cupcake tinfoil papers with a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each.
- Fill the liners three-quarters full with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- Allow to cool, then cover with pie filling and chill before serving.
