Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers
  • 2 cans pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Line small cupcake tinfoil papers with a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each.
  3. Fill the liners three-quarters full with the cheese mixture.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
  5. Allow to cool, then cover with pie filling and chill before serving.
