Ingredients

  • 2 cups wide noodles
  • 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Ragu with mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry ground beef until light brown.
  2. Cook noodles; drain.
  3. Spoon cooked noodles into a shallow dish.
  4. Spread cottage cheese over noodles.
  5. Add cooked ground beef on top.
  6. Place half of the cheese strips and Ragu sauce over the beef.
  7. Repeat with remaining cheese strips and sauce.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until the top is brown.
