Ingredients

  • beef stock
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 lb. raw grated beef liver
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, onions, beaten egg and grated liver.
  2. Add enough beef stock to make a stiff dough.
