Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 envelopes Equal
  • 4 slices bread
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in half and place it in a casserole dish.
  2. Beat all other ingredients, except nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture over the bread.
  4. Shake nutmeg on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F until set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
