Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • basil, parsley and garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan; simmer over low or medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding water as necessary to prevent sticking.
  2. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
