- Saute garlic and mushrooms in margarine and wine.
- Remove mushrooms and garlic; brown meat.
- Add bouillon and water to meat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in catsup; mix 1/3 cup bouillon mix and flour until smooth; stir into meat. Boil 1 minute to thicken; add mushrooms and garlic.
- Stir in 1 cup sour cream; serve over noodles.
