Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oleo
  • 10 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nut

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo and cocoa; turn off heat and add sugar.
  2. Mix eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Add this mixture to the cocoa mixture.
  4. Add nuts and pour into greased and floured cake pans.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Cut while warm.
