- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine the ingredients of the two bowls and gently stir only until they are completely mixed.
- Turn into a lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Good with fried or baked fish.
