Instructions
- Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
- Stir into oats. Beat egg whites with a fork and then combine with sugar, oil, milk, vanilla and raisins.
- Lastly, combine with flour mixture; mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon on oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.
- Makes 3 dozen.
- Shorter baking time makes for a chewy cookie.
- Bake longer and they are crisp.
