Ingredients

  • 1 single pie crust
  • 1 cup diced turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 container Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Produce
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimientos
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded farmers or Mozzarella skim milk cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust as directed and bake it until golden.
  2. Spread the diced meat evenly in the bottom of the cooked pie crust and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine skim milk, Egg Beaters, parsley, diced pimientos, ground sage, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the meat and cheese in the pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the quiche to stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
