Ingredients

  • 3 cans biscuits
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Place the coated biscuit pieces into a buttered Bundt pan.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  5. Mix in the remaining 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, pecans, and vanilla into the melted butter.
  6. Pour this mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a large plate or platter.
