- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces into a buttered Bundt pan.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- Mix in the remaining 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, pecans, and vanilla into the melted butter.
- Pour this mixture over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a large plate or platter.
