Ingredients

  • 8 oz. no-fat softened cream cheese
  • 2 (12 oz.) or 3 (8 oz.) fat-free Cool Whip
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • butter flavored vegetable spray
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Coat the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable spray.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with water and a little vegetable spray to moisten.
  3. Spread the cracker mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat together one carton of Cool Whip and softened no-fat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture over the cracker crust.
  6. Slice bananas and layer them over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Drain crushed pineapple and spread it over the bananas.
  8. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pineapple layer.
  9. Garnish with pecan pieces, halved maraschino cherries, and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
