Ingredients

  • 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 1 (1 lb) or 2 (8 oz) packages low-fat cheese
  • 2 (8 oz) containers plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 30 packets Equal or other sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crusts.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour, until the tops are golden brown.
  5. Let cool in the oven, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
