Ingredients

  • 3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 6 x 8-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix peeled and sliced peaches with cornstarch and sugar until the cornstarch is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. In a food processor or blender, process the topping ingredients (brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon, water) until the mixture is moist and lumpy.
  5. Spoon the peach mixture into the prepared pie pan and spread evenly.
  6. Cover the peaches with the prepared topping.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.
