Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork baby back ribs
  • 3 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, green peppers, onions)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ seasoning
  • 1/4 cup liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • water

Instructions

  1. In a roasting pan, place chopped vegetables (carrots, green peppers, onions) at the bottom.
  2. Place a rack over the vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, mix water with BBQ seasoning, liquid smoke, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to make a thin paste.
  4. Brush the ribs on both sides with the paste to cover them thickly.
  5. Place the ribs on the rack over the vegetables in the roasting pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
