- In a roasting pan, place chopped vegetables (carrots, green peppers, onions) at the bottom.
- Place a rack over the vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix water with BBQ seasoning, liquid smoke, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to make a thin paste.
- Brush the ribs on both sides with the paste to cover them thickly.
- Place the ribs on the rack over the vegetables in the roasting pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
